Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Adrieluxe, a business operated by Benjamin B (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of Adrieluxe Pre-Sales OS (“Pre-Sales OS” or the “Service”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the Service. It applies to all users of the Service, including visitors to our marketing pages and holders of FREE, PRO, and AGENCY accounts.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information. When you register, we collect your name and email address, and authentication credentials needed to secure your account.

Content you submit.The Service is built around the client briefs, project descriptions, and related material you paste or upload for analysis. This content may include sensitive business information about you or your prospects — names, budgets, project scope, and commercial terms. You control what you submit; treat it as you would any confidential business record.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited, features used, and the frequency of analyses and proposals.

Payment information. Paid plans are processed by our payment processor (PhonePe or Razorpay, depending on region and billing period). We do not collect or store your full card details; we retain only transaction metadata (such as plan, amount, and status) needed to manage your subscription.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Perform AI analysis — the briefs you submit are sent to OpenAI for processing so we can return a verdict, scores, and recommended questions.
• Send transactional email notifications via Resend.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via PhonePe or Razorpay.
• Improve the product, including diagnosing issues and understanding which features are useful.

We share your information only with the service providers we rely on to run the Service:

• OpenAI— brief content is sent for AI analysis and generation.
• PhonePe / Razorpay— payment and subscription processing (one active at a time).
• Resend— delivery of transactional email.
• Vercel— hosting, storage, and infrastructure.
• Google Analytics— site traffic analytics, only if you accept optional cookies (see Section 5).

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in through our authentication system (BetterAuth) — these are essential and always active.

If you accept optional cookies via the consent banner, we also load Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) to understand traffic sources, including whether visitors arrive via AI assistants and search engines. Analytics cookies are not loaded unless you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share analytics data for advertising purposes.

While your account is active, we retain your data so the Service functions as expected. If you delete your account, we remove your associated data within 30 days. For accounts inactive for 24 months or more, we may notify you and then remove the data.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to request a portable copy, and to ask us to restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

We protect your data in transit using TLS encryption, enforce access controls on our systems, and host the Service on Vercel’s infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
