Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Adrieluxe Pre-Sales OS (“Pre-Sales OS” or the “Service”), operated by Benjamin B, doing business as Adrieluxe (“Adrieluxe”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is an AI pre-sales decision tool. You paste a client brief, and the Service returns a verdict — TAKE, PROCEED CAREFULLY, or HIGH RISK — along with scores and recommended questions to help you decide whether a project is worth pursuing. The Service is decision support; the decision is always yours.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person; do not share accounts.

The Service is offered on the following plans:

• Free trial— new accounts receive 15 days of full PRO access, no credit card required. If no subscription is active when the trial ends, the account is locked until you subscribe.
• PRO (Operator)— unlimited analyses, AI proposals, cover email, and file upload. Billed monthly or annually.
• AGENCY— all PRO features plus team seats. Billed monthly or annually.

Billing is processed by PhonePe Business or Razorpay (one active at a time, depending on region and billing period), and you agree to their payment terms. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a period.

We do not offer refunds except at our discretion within 7 days of a new subscriber’s first purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@adrieluxe.com.

You agree not to:

• Submit or generate illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Abuse or attempt to circumvent limits on AI generation.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service.

Verdicts, scores, and generated text are produced by AI and are guidance only. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and for verifying any output before relying on it.

Adrieluxe owns the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content you submit and of the proposals generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your content and operate the Service.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
